Heidi Kelly

Heidi Kelly, has been working in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years. Kelly has worked for major general contractors and national financial institutions. As a Commercial Construction Finance Manager CRE – REO Specialist she has an extensive construction background, from job cost accounting to construction management. Previously she has managed loan portfolios of over $100 million through the various loan stages.
Her construction and national bank background has provided her with the knowledge and skills to oversee Genesis extensive real estate portfolio.
Heidi oversee all of Genesis’ asset management, transaction underwriting and due diligence.
Heidi has served as the President of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) as well as being involved with Habitat for Humanity, she also serves on the Board of Directors for Old Scottsdale Youth Baseball (OSYB).
